Her father a pioneering vegan chef taught her the endless possibilities of fresh vegetables and diverse vegan dishes. while her grandmother passed down the delicate traditions and seasoned secrets of cooking perfect seafood & soul food. Today chef Yata beautifully blends these two heritages, creating a unique culinary identity that honors both the earth and the soul!
