Shared-kitchen risk
Food may be prepared where major allergens are handled. A seller disclaimer is not a substitute for accurate ingredient communication, sanitation, temperature control, cross-contact procedures, required labeling, or emergency judgment.
Customer responsibility
Customers with allergies or medical dietary needs should contact the seller before ordering and should not rely only on tags. If the seller cannot safely answer or accommodate a restriction, do not order that item.
Reports and emergencies
Report inaccurate allergen claims or unsafe food through Chefinnit. For suspected medical emergencies or severe allergic reactions, contact emergency services; Chefinnit support is not an emergency service.
