CHEFINNIT POLICIES
Terms of Use
Last updated July 20, 2026. These terms govern use of the Chefinnit marketplace. They require final review and publication by qualified counsel before launch.
Marketplace role
Chefinnit is a technology marketplace that helps customers discover and communicate with independent chefs, caterers, food trucks, sellers, and potential delivery providers. Unless Chefinnit expressly says otherwise in writing, chefs—not Chefinnit—offer, prepare, price, fulfill, deliver, and resolve their food and service orders. Chefinnit does not take payment for peer-to-peer orders.
Direct payment and chef terms
Customers review the chef’s pricing, payment instructions, service terms, pickup or delivery details, ingredients, allergen information, and cancellation/refund terms before paying a chef directly. Chefs are responsible for their listings, food safety, licenses, taxes, insurance, customer communications, and fulfillment.
Disputes
Before formal proceedings, users agree to give the other party and Chefinnit written notice and a good-faith opportunity to resolve the issue. The intended process is informal resolution followed by individual mediation where enforceable and properly agreed. This section is not a waiver of non-waivable rights and must be finalized by counsel before being relied upon.
Chef Studio access
Customer accounts are free. During launch, Chef Studio access is invitation-only and controlled by an administrator-managed membership period on each chef profile. No chef subscriptions or self-service access purchases are offered.
