CHEFINNIT POLICIES
Peer-to-Peer Payment Notice
Chefinnit creates quotes and records status but does not collect, hold, transmit, or guarantee customer payments to sellers.
Direct payment
A seller may include Zelle, Cash App, cash, or other lawful payment instructions in a private invoice. Customers pay outside Chefinnit. Do not put bank credentials, passwords, PINs, full card numbers, or government identifiers in messages.
Confirmation
A customer may submit a payment reference and a seller may mark payment received. Those actions are communications between users—not bank verification by Chefinnit. Users remain responsible for checking their own payment accounts.
Fraud
Do not pay an invoice that looks altered, uses an unexpected recipient, or pressures you to bypass the order record. Confirm changes in the Chefinnit order conversation and report suspected impersonation or fraud.
